A recommended serve by The Nodding Donkey Distillery for their delightfully tart Limited Edition Sloe Gin.

The Nodding Donkey love their gin with a bit of fizz. And there's no need for concern, their Sloe Gin really shows its colours and isn't masked by the mix at all.


  • 30 ml Jarrold's Limited Edition Sloe Gin
  • 15 ml Lemon Juice
  • 15 ml Sugar Syrup
  • Topped with Sparkling Wine
  • 2/3 Sloe berries to garnish


  1. Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice and strain into a champagne flute
  2. Top up slowly with Sussex Sparkling Wine
  3. Garnish with two or three Sloe Berries
