Distillers Dunnet Bay, came up with a delicious summer treat based off the lesser known Pepperman cocktail.


  • 50ml Rock Rose
  • 25ml Grapefruit juice
  • 12.5ml Sugar syrup
  • Loads of ice
  • Pink peppercorns
  • Strawberries



  1. Fill the glass half of a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Pour in the Rock Rose gin, grapefruit juice and sugar syrup
  3. Add a pinch of ground pink peppercorns with two strawberries.
  4. Shake until a thin ice crust forms on the outside of the shaker.
  5. Single strain the liquor into the glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a strawberry.
