Situated in the heart of Mallorca's capital city, the distillery has a commitment to the island and its environment.
They work with local farmers & so too are the organic ingredients which are ethically foraged through the year.
Organic and Ethically foraged
All their products begin with their organic wheat spirit base and pass through the infusion basket of their bespoke 500l copper still, containing the usual suspects amongst more subtle contributors to the flavour such as wild almond flowers, lavender, orange leaves and tomato branches - these really seem to give the gins a distinct fresh grassiness to the finish.
The spiced edition adds a new dimension entirely, having been aged in Mallorcan oak barrels, previously used to store wine from the local Manto Negro grapes in Binessalem.
It's no surprise that they've won gold in countless competitions and awards.
Innovative bottle designs
The brand design is idiomatic of traditional Mallorcan tiles, known as "Suelo Hidraulico"
Inspiration was taken from a local family run company, who have been hand-making tiles on the island for over 80 years.
Having spent so long on the bottle intricate design, the team decided on a specialist process to ink print using organic paints straight on to the glass, resulting in an eco-friendly and entirely recyclable product. (And who wouldn't put the empty bottle to use for a third re-cycle?!)
The primary logo is inspired from the West facing rose window in the enchanting La Seu cathedral.
