Four Pillars Shiraz Punch
The guys at Four Pillars have given their Bloody Shiraz a 2020 makeover – so now’s the time to have a play! This grape-based spirit goes perfectly with lemon tonic, apple juice and soda, garnished with orange slice, mint and apple slice. Think Pimm’s and get creative.
Anno B3rry Pink with Fever-Tree and basil
Summertime calls for G&Ts – and this one’s an absolute doozy. Anno’s B3rry Pink is a fruity mix of strawberry, blackberry and elderberry, making it a go-to seasonal spirit. Add a splash of Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic and garnish with fresh basil, and you’re laughing.
Anno Sloe Gin – ‘Not just for Christmas’
Despite its association with winter, sloe gin works wonderfully as a cool drink too. Rich and nutty, Anno Sloe Gin is well-matched with soda and apple juice, or we recommend Twelve Below Apple & Garden Mint Tonic, accompanied by a slice of orange.
Poetic License Pink Zing
Some sun from our gin friends up north? This is it! This little number is definitely not a distasteful pink gin; it’s got juniper, dryness, and rounded, creamy smoothness from Poetic License’s ‘Picnic Gin’. Check out our serve here, and break out the strawberries and cream.
Top serving tips
Use larger ice cubes during summer – they melt slower, meaning you’ll enjoy your drink for longer.
To jazz things up, The Bitter Truth will take your creations to the next level, plus don’t miss the seasonal Kentish fruit we have at this time of year to garnish.
