Pickering's Spiced Pear & Cinnamon Gin - 37.5% 20cl
A solid base of Pickering's 1947 gin and aromatic pears, with an extra dash of cinnamon. So what do we do with this one? We have it with a squeeze of fresh lemon and soda, with splash of apple juice and soda. And although we haven't tested it yet, we suspect it might go very well in a mull, a bit of apple juice warmed up with a bag of spice. Cosied up after a wintery walk, in front of the TV watching Elf or Miracle on 34th Street, in front of a fire, sipping spiced gin - it could happen.
If you have that sweeter tooth it'll work straight up with apple juice and a bit of pear or lemon peel to garnish.
Aromatic pear and warming cinnamon, evokes those memories of dessert, post autumn and winter Sunday lunches. This could be that after dinner gin you might be after.
A blend from the 1947 Pickering's recipe, with pear and cinnamon spice.
