The Tarian edition is the first release of our Organic Single Malt Whisky. Named to represent the shield of our first patron, Chris Phillips, a proud investor in Da Mhile’s first cask.

Matured in a first fill Oloroso Sherry cask has given this whisky a beautifully rounded pallet and smoothness beyond its years.

This is a limited edition single cask batch, and so highly collectible.

This is frankly superb whiskey - just the right amount of the expected peatm, sweet vanilla and liquorice evolving towards a salty oak finish
