Gin Palma is distilled with locally foraged wild flowers and fresh citrus fruit from the rural orchards of Mallorca, the result creates a fresh, dry, citrus infused gin with a delicate and smooth finish.
This is a limeted edition which became so popular they have added it to their standard range.
The unique core flavour comes from the Mallorcan juniper berries capturing the subtle essence of the Mediterranean Sea. Almond flowers, foraged once a year before spring, combined with orange leaves and lavender, create a delicate floral scent and sweetness
Palma Oak Aged Spiced Gin is a twist on the original Palma gin recipe. Once distilled, the gin is aged in Mallorcan oak barrels which previously stored wine from the local Manto Negro grapes in Binissalem. Vanilla, cinnamon and cloves are added in stages during this time bringing a complex sweetness and spice to the gin.
Gin Palma has a stunning bottle design, which is inspired by traditional Mallorcan tiles, known as ‘suelo hidraulico’. The design is printed with organic paint directly onto the bottle using a specialised process, resulting in an eco-friendly and recyclable product. The company logo which is centre stage on the bottle, takes its inspiration from the rose window in the enchanting La Seu Cathedral, the biggest rose window in Europe and one of the most iconic spots in Palma.
Aromatic baking spice and dried fruit, with hints of orange, sweeter vanilla and tannic oak, with a suggestion of red grape skin.
Coriander, Orris Root, Cassia Bark, Cardamom Pods, Angelica Root, Liquorice Root, Lime Peel and Rhubarb Root.
