Brighton Gin (ABV 40%)
A super smooth and super small batch gin that's lovingly crafted in the cellar of a pub on the outskirts of Brighton, by gin lovers Kathy and Helen. Juniper and citrus led. The colour scheme was carefully chosen to mimic that of the iconic railings on Brighton sea front.
Caoruun (ABV 41.8%)
An aromatic Scottish gin with a wealth of foraged botanicals. Made in the world’s only working Copper Berry Still in batches of 1000 litres by gin master Simon Buley. This is an original and versatile gin and works well in numerous cocktails.
Daffy's (ABV 43.4%)
Daffy’s is created from the finest French grain spirit, distilled in an ancient copper pot whisky still, with Lebanese mint and the finest botanicals; it is Bottled with Scottish water to create a classic, perfectly balanced and fresh gin with a world of intrigue. Daffy is the Goddess of Gin, first written about in the 1700s; she is the personification of the taste, charm, sophistication, complexity and depth of Daffy’s gin.
Geranium (ABV 44%)
Geranium is the brainchild of Danish gin judge, Henrik Hammer, and is a London Dry that incorporates the aforementioned plant amongst the standard botanicals. Henrik pondered for years on the use of geranium in gin; he finally got round to creating the product in 2010, and the results are outstanding.
Jenson's Old Tom (ABV 43%)
After the success of Jensen’s Bermondsey Dry, Christian Jensen followed three years later with an 1840s recipe Old Tom gin. Jensen’s Old Tom is an essential ingredient in many classic gin cocktails, such as the Martinez, Tom Collins, Ramos Gin Fizz. It lends a wonderful richness and depth of flavour to cocktails such as the Negroni or Last Word, and makes a fantastic and addictively good gin & tonic.
Minus33 (ABV 33%)
Not technically a gin, Minus 33 is unapologetically unconventional. It is created in a lab and distilled distinctively; they do things differently to ensure every drop is flawless. A unique artisan juniper based spirit that comes in at 33% ABV.
NB (ABV 42%)
NB Gin is the 2015 World’s Best London Dry Gin. NB gin is made in North Berwick, Scotland in small batches of less than 100 litres. A classic gin.
Ophir (ABV 40%)
A London Dry Gin with an oriental twist. Opihr is a spiced gin which delivers flavours of the orient by the bucket load and makes for a savoury yet refreshing spirit. Great for an interesting G&T with a slice of chilli. An excellent accompaniment to a curry.
Rock Rose Gin (ABV 41.5%)
Produced at Dunnet Bay Distillers, where the freshest of air and the purest of water are in abundance. The gin is hand distilled in batches of 500 litres and takes it’s name from the Rhodiola rosea (a rose in the rocks) used in the botanicals. The botanicals are foraged from the cliffs of the Pentland Firth and provide a unique taste of the highlands of Scotland.
Sibling (ABV 42%)
This Triple Distilled Gin is made in Cheltenham at Sibling Distillery using their own grain spirit base. The gin is twice filtered for total purity and diluted with spring water from local hills. The distillery uses a state of the art, glass and stainless steel distillery; the carefully selected botanicals are vapour infused in the Carter-Head still to produce a delicate, refined gin.
Two Birds speciality gin (ABV 40%)
Founded and produced in the quaint market town of Market Harborough in Leicestershire, Two Birds is a small batch gin, distilled in a one of a kind copper still called Gerard. Produced in batches of just 100 bottles this is just like their impeccable London Dry but with a double hit of juniper.
Warner Edwards (ABV 40%)
This fruity spirit is made from the finest, organically grown rhubarb from Crown Estate Property - rhubarb with lineage. The rhubarb is softened in Warner Edward’s still ‘Curiosity’ before being pressed to extract the juices. This juice is then used to dilute the award winning Harrington Dry Gin to bottling strength.
