Seasonal variant of Whittakers signiature recipe. Dry Summer's evenings might not need much enhancement but it wont hurt to complement them.

Featuring Whittakers signature botanicals of fresh Pink Grapefruit and Pomegranate.

Soaked in Original Whittaker's Gin for no less than six months then sweetened with local honey. 40% ABV London Dry Gin.

A 42% ABV traditional smooth gin with a base of Juniper, Coriander and Angelica Root with signature botanicals of sweet Hawthorn berries, Bilberries, peaty, earthy Bog Myrtle and garden Thyme with a hint of lemon citrus.

The high ABV highlights Whittakers signiature profile from a completely different angle, bringing out the the earthy tones with more depth

Very similar to the impeccable London Dry from Two Birds only with a double hit of juniper making it excellent in cocktails.

Wonderfully nutty, with brown sugar sweetness working fabulously with the classic core of juniper. Should be fantastic served over ice with a few dashes of Angostura Bitters and a dusting on brown sugar.

20cl. A really warming festive gin, gingerbread.... mmm. we think a good after dinner (no dessert) number. Great with a light tonic and slice of orange..

Boasting a core of familiar junipery notes, joined by layers of warming vanilla, just like the eponymous festive biscuit. They recommend pairing it with cola, which does sound delicious indeed

A bright pink and guzzlable gin from Jonomade gin, our local gin chums. Not too sweet, a good level of spice and dryness, a pink gin to suit our tates. Love the tartness from the cherry and raspberry. Try with prosecco ;)

Navy Strength variant of the bold Jonomade gin. A boldly spiced version big in juniper, cardamom and fennel with other spiced attributes. There's nothing subtle about the flavour, this is a bigger gin than the Jonomade Classic, and for a bigger palate still!

Settling on roasted butternut squash, shiitake mushroom, sun dried tomatoes and rosemary, on top of much more traditional botanicals.
