Our Pommeau is a blend of half fresh apple juice and half our own Fowey Valley Eau de Vie. It is very morerish and very versatile. Serve chilled as a delightfully fresh and appley aperitif or serve with chocolate or apple based deserts. Works well in the kitchen too, add a splash to liven up pork, fish or chicken dishes. Mix with soda water and ice for a long drink.
