We've tried a few zero alcohol spirits in our time and have always concluded that it is evidently a challange to pack as much flavour as a alcoholic spirit and to carry it in the same way as alcohol does.

Pentire's range have been the first that we felt were a noteworthy and well considered attempt at such. In fact - just because its zero alcohol doesnt mean you can't use in alcoholic cocktails. Packed with flavour and a natural acidity to it, they bring a lot of flavour to a cocktail, perhaps bolstered by one of our simpler vodkas, such as Mermaid Salt Vodka - perfect for bringing out the herbaceous and savoury notes present.

Invigorating and replenishing. Seawards bright and zesty grapefruit citrus top notes blended with refreshing green natural tones from the Pentire Plant Blend layered with natural berry from harvested sea buckthorn and wild seaweed.
