Working with the oldest still makers in the world our bespoke pot still, Elizabeth, has been uniquely designed just to create our spirits. Using a traditional handmade copper head along with botanical vapour basket, it is a small batch process of 500 litres.

The subtle branding tastefully ties it all together and the glass shape has a much classier, streamlined shape than the usual hefty copa de balon style glass.
Traditionally designed for sipping champagne, the bowl is shaped to allow the bubbles to tickle your nose
The shape is said to model the breast of Madame de Pompadour, King Louis XV's mistress.
