Located in the spectacular bay of Dunnet, surrounded by fresh air & water. Dunnet bay's goal is create spirits which reflect the Caithness way. They hand distil slowly, thoughtfully & passionately to create exceptional products.
Working with the oldest still makers in the world our bespoke pot still, Elizabeth, has been uniquely designed just to create our spirits. Using a traditional handmade copper head along with botanical vapour basket, it is a small batch process of 500 litres.

Grapefruit Old Tom 41.5% - 70cl
This extra special edition of Rock Rose gin was bought it back as a fresher version for 2019 using organic pink grapefruit peel, all lovingly peeled by our distillery team! These are added to our botanical basket along and vapour infused along with all our traditional gin botanicals. It is then lightly sweetened with muscovado sugar.

Produced by Dunnet Bay Distillers, located in the spectacular bay of Dunnet where the freshest of air and the purest of water are in abundance. The gin is hand distilled in batches of 500 litres and takes it's name from the Rhodiola rosea (a rose in the rocks) used in the botanicals. This and some of the other unique botanicals are foraged from the cliffs of the Pentland Firth and provide a unique taste of the highlands of Scotland.
