About
Sir Robin of Locksley 40.5% - 70cl
Distilled in Sheffield by Locksley Distilling Company, and named after the infamous Robin Hood. This gin has been well reviewed, and for good reason, it is quite the sipping gin, try it neat and chilled for yourself(!), it really is deliciously aromatic and flavourful. Slightly sweet, it sits somewhere between a London Dry and an Old Tom. It definitely has an upfont juniper edge, and a sweeter, floral aroma is brought to the experience by the grapefruit and elderflower respectively.
The Taste
Smooth, and effortless to drink as a G&T or even neat. Juniper leads, followed by a mellow sweetness and floral aroma. Fresh.
The Botanicals
Juniper berries, cassia, dandelion, pink grapefruit, coriander, angelica, liquorice,
