About
Trevethan Gin -Grapefruit & Lychee 43%
Trevethan gin is a Cornish gin made by friends John Hall & Rob Cuffe in a small alembic still called Doris. The recipe was originally created by Rob's grandfather in the late 1920's and has been painstakingly revived by the modern day distillers through trial and error over 2 years. The gin makes its presense known with a big hit of juniper and is perfect as a sipping gin or with a dash of soda but equally holds its own in a healthy G&T. A perfect balance of smooth spirit and well defined flavours.
This particular variant is fruit forward with a clear sense of Grapefruit & Lychees that works very well with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
