About
Warner Edwards Honey Bee Gin 43%
A new gin from Warner Edwards (2017), Honey Bee in is Warner Edwards' most complex gin to date - it has whopping 28 botanicals.
Produced in partnership with the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS), each bottle sold helps to support the RHS' work. We are looking forward to seeing further collaborations, anything to help the natural environment thrive... but for the time being you could purchase a bottle of this floral and zesty number, plant some of the wild flower seeds that come with every bottle, and then sip on the gin whilst the bees work away in your garden - sounds rather idealic!
Warner Edwards have a keen eye on how they impact the environment, growing botanicals to flavour their gins when they can; they also keep bees on their farm and had their first honey harvest in 2017. This lovely gin includes some of their 2017 honey harvest! Nice one Bees.
The Taste
Floral and zesty, and then juniper shines through. Lingering mellow honey-sweet citrus finish.
The Botanicals
Cardamom from Guatemala, angelica root from Holland, black pepper from Vietnam, cinnamon quills from Sri Lanka along with local elderflower, Italian juniper and Spanish orange, grapefruit, orange, lemon, hibiscus... and obviously a few more to make it to 28
